Old Blog 13/9/17: Gin and Tonic Cake

What did I do today: I baked. What was my secret ingredient: gin.

Good evening everyone, its not been a busy day for once. I had a good sleep, started playing a game I'm reviewing, did some paperwork then baked and bed. Nothing remarkable just a nice easy day, one that has made me feel a hundred percent better. Maybe it's just the gin.

A lovely little gin and tonic drizzle cake with a bit of lemon and blueberry, baked to perfection. Lovingly served up with a gin and tonic and the new series of Taskmaster. Nothing better for Wednesday. Sorry this a short post but I am a wee bit merry. I leave you with a slice of my masterpiece with Buddy our dog in the background.
